New arrivals
December is a time of giving and our sound techs got an early Christmas present. With the arrival of our first KV2 Audio ES speaker systems. We have been demo’ing the system to clients and the response is even better than we imagined. Sadly the first event it was booked on at the Barbican in York was cancelled due to COVID concerns. But we can’t wait to get the system out in the next few months.
Further more we have ordered our second system to arrive in May ready for the festival season to start. 2 systems will provide full rock concert size sound to 3000 in front of the stage. Coupled with additional KV2 Audio EX10 speakers which provide infill, front of the stage.
36 bookings in 4 weeks
Although January is traditionally a quiet time for us getting out, the office has been full on. A total of 34 bookings have been confirmed, ranging from 1 day small festivals to Queen’s Jubilee celebrations. We are so far visiting 24 different places in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and The Peak District. With May June and July at near capacity, there just aren’t enough weekends.

Ok, it should really be 11 years but as most events nothing happened in 2020. But we are really proud to have provided PA and stage management for all Race For Life, Pretty Muddy and Shine Walk events in Yorkshire for over a decade. Every time people have come together to run, jog, walk, hula hoop or take their Lamas for a walk we have been there. Believe us these things have happened.
New trailer stage update
We are ready and on track to take delivery of our new trailer stage at the end of March. We already have bookings in York, Harrogate, Bridlington and Bakewell (Peak District) over the summer. With lots of dates available in August if you are planning an event. With PA and lighting packages available for 200 to 3000 people, it really is a diverse option for small festivals and performance events.
So as much as people are looking forward to getting in front of a stage, dancing and singing to their favourite band and songs. We can’t wait to be looking back at them, from the wings and sound desks.
