These LED moving head hybrid fixtures will enhance productions for years to come.
We just had time to have a play with them before a drama recital.
Well… this is what the stage would have looked like for the Keighley Christmas Lights switch on!
But Storm Bert had other ideas 🌪️

It was a shame we couldn’t get the stage up for this event, but we were able to get creative and move the event indoors.
On another note, we’re busy bees getting prepped for the Spring/Summer events seasons. We still have a small number of weekend dates available in May & August so do get in touch now.

A perfect example of creative repositioning this weekend for St Gemma’s Hospice in Leeds.
We completely transformed the hospice’s chapel into a broadcast studio when their outdoor Light Up A Life event was cancelled due to the weather. The decision was made 48 hours before to allow the planning time for the live stream of the service from the Chapel.
The service was streamed live with BSL interpretation, and immediately after put up on the hospice’s website to watch again.
Technically we had to increase the event to 4 cameras, 1 of them mobile. Create additional graphics and on screen positioning for the BSL interpreter. Completely rebuild the vision and on screen timeline. While making sure we had sufficient streaming capacity for an estimated audience of 3000 people. Putting additional bandwidth ready at the click of a button if necessary.
As of 9am this morning we have had an estimated audience of 3400 people watch the commemorative service. Which is a combination of live streams and watch again figures.
We done to the team at St Gemma’s and Katy Lee the organiser. As well as Andy and Nic at Real Time Events. For successfully getting this event over the line.

We had a lot of fun turning Airedale Shopping Centre in Keighley into a nightclub last night! ✨
What can we say - well done to Annabelle and the @keighleytowncouncil team for moving the entire Christmas Lights event indoors last minute after Storm Bert potentially cancelling the whole event.
It was a day of immense talent on our stage. We are so pleased it all went ahead and the people of Keighley still turned out!
To wrap it all up, @ellie.sax brought the party!

We had a brilliant few days managing the UNESCO City of Media Arts Expo at York Guildhall.
The event was a huge success thanks to these businesses giving their time to showcase York’s thriving media arts sector.
It was a pleasure to work on this event with @aestheticamag as part of the Aesthetica Short Film Festival.

This will be our second year working with the committee to deliver 7 hours of fabulous stage performances.

The arts centre is literally on our doorstep and a fantastic smaller space for live music. It feels good to be supporting our local music venue.

Raising money for @yorkcityfc Foundation
Just a few photos from the Glitter Ball held at Rudding Park, the @martinhousech show stopping charity night, which raised a whopping £209K on the evening.
This AV package involved a 3-day set-up, and we provided all the marquee rigging, lighting, PA, and vision.
With a crew of 6, we produced the live event including sound, lighting and vision mixing for the evening which involved a packed itinerary of stage content! Expertly hosted by the fabulous @christineetalbot who was dream to work with.
This was a wonderful event to be a part of and we are so pleased the night raised a record amount of money for the charity!
